Full Stack Developer (AI & Cybersecurity)

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who functions like a “Product Engineer”—someone who doesn’t just write code to tickets, but understands the why behind the product. You will be a founding member of our AI-driven evolution, moving with the urgency of a startup and the precision of a world-class security firm.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on velocity and innovation. You will architect and ship production-ready software that integrates LLMs and Generative AI into our core security stack. You will work directly with our C-suite and a lean team of veteran developers to turn ambitious ideas into reality.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ship at VelocityRapidly prototype and deploy new features, moving from whiteboard concept to production-ready code in days, not months.
  • Architect for ScaleDesign and implement scalable systems that handle massive data throughput without sacrificing development speed.
  • Full-Stack OwnershipTake complete end-to-end ownership of projects, from low-level backend performance (Go/C) to intuitive frontend experiences (Angular).
  • AI IntegrationBuild and refine AI-powered features using LLMs, LangChain, and PyTorch to give our customers an “unfair advantage” against cyber threats.
  • Eliminate FrictionIdentify bottlenecks in our engineering lifecycle and implement tools/processes to improve overall team velocity.
  • Collaborative InnovationPartner with C-level leadership to translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps.

Key Candidate Attributes
(The “Ideal Fit”)

You are a polyglot developer who is “tool-agnostic” and cares more about solving the problem than the specific language used.

  • Experience4+ years of experience building and deploying complex systems within AWS environments.
  • The AI EdgeHands-on experience building with LLMs and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, PyTorch, or similar). You understand how to prompt, fine-tune, and integrate AI into functional software.
  • Polyglot ProficiencyYou are comfortable working across a diverse stack:
    – Frontend: Angular / JavaScript / TypeScript.
    – Backend/Systems: Python, Java, Go, or C.
    – Data: Strong SQL skills and experience with high-performance data structures.
  • Product MindsetProven track record of building complete systems. You understand how the frontend interacts with the API, and how the API interacts with the database/cloud layer.
  • Executive CommunicationThe ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • The “Startup” DNAA solutions-oriented mindset with a high degree of independence. You don’t wait for permission to fix a problem.
