Growth Operations Specialist
We are looking for a tech-forward Growth Operations Specialist to design, manage, and scale our top-of-funnel engine. This is not a legacy, brute-force cold calling role. You will not be grinding out 100 manual dials a day. Instead, you will act as the “air traffic controller” for a highly sophisticated, modern sales stack, leveraging advanced AI agents and data orchestration platforms (like Apollo) to drive high-leverage pipeline growth.
Your core mission is to manage our AI-driven outbound workflows, optimize targeting data, nurture prospect relationships to maximize deal registrations, and seamlessly hand off highly qualified meetings to our Account Executive team.
Core Responsibilities
- AI & Sales Stack OrchestrationConfigure, prompt, and manage our internal AI sales agents and data infrastructure (Apollo, Ava, etc.) to identify and manage personalized outbound campaigns at a massive scale.
- Vertical Data Sourcing & SegmentingActively build and clean targeted account lists across our core hubs. You will slice data lookalikes by key verticals – specifically, SLED, healthcare, banking, legal, retail in addition to systematically testing new markets.
- Regional Event Support & Loop ExecutionCoordinate the demand generation engine for regional micro-events (e.g. local customer VIP dinners and routables). You will map out the prospect lists within a 50-mile radius of the event, deploy the multi-touch invitation sequence and execute post-event sales hand-off to ensure maximum conversion.
- Channel Partner & Alliance EnablementAct as the primary operational point of contact for our channel partners and MSPs and local business chapters (like the Association of Legal Administrators and local Banking networks). Run lightweight automation and co-marketing tracks that keep our platform top-of-mind.
- Pipeline Coordination & GatekeepingServe as the critical bridge between automated positive AI replies and booked meetings. Qualify inbound interest via research to ensure opportunities match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) before handing them off to sellers.
Ideal Candidate Profile & Experience
- Experience1–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS Sales Development (SDR/BDR), Growth Marketing, or GTM Operations. Sales Ops experience is a plus.
- The Workflow MindsetYou think in automated systems, not manual tasks. You look at a database of 10,000 leads and intuitively know how to segment, filter, and clean it rather than just dialing down a list.
- AI NativeYou are deeply curious about modern productivity tools. You already leverage LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) or autonomous AI sales agents to create leverage in your daily work. Hands-on experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, or specialized email infrastructure is highly preferred.
- Quality ObsessedYou take pride in data hygiene and the caliber of pipeline you produce. You care about qualified conversions and pipeline velocity over hollow vanity metrics (like “number of emails sent”).
- Channel SavvyExceptional communication skills with the ability to build low-friction relationships with external channel partners, regional distributors and local professional association coordinators.
