Head of Growth
ThreatER is at a pivotal “scale-up” moment. Having recently surpassed a major revenue milestone, our product is resonating with customers and our sales team is executing at a high level. We have established clear product-market fit; now, we need to build the engine that accelerates our next stage of growth.
We are not looking for a “traditional” marketing leader who relies on legacy playbooks and manual labor. We are looking for an AI-focused Head of Growth to act as the “air traffic controller” for our marketing and sales orchestration. You will own the full marketing spectrum, but your primary mission is simple: build and operate a scalable lead generation engine that can generate high-quality qualified pipeline.
This is a “builder’s dream” for a highly strategic, hands-on leader who wants to shape a world-class demand generation engine from the ground up.
Core Responsibilities
Your focus will be on demand generation and pipeline creation, with your remaining energy supporting broader initiatives like brand reputation, messaging, and sales enablement. As a channel-first company, you will be responsible for driving growth through our Channel & MSP partners while also managing direct customer acquisition.
- Build an AI-powered Growth Engine Design and run a repeatable growth operation, leveraging AI Agent architecture, to efficiently move prospects from raw data to qualified pipeline for sales.
- Own And Scale New Revenue Pipeline Generation Build and run inbound and outbound programs anchored in intent data and automation, shifting the team away from manual sourcing toward always-on, automated lead capture.
- Channel & MSP Marketing Develop and execute strategies to drive partner-sourced revenue, building deep relationships with MSPs, channel partners, and industry influencers.
- Product Marketing & Differentiation Define and sharpen product messaging and positioning against legacy and adjacent solutions, and ensure that differentiation shows up consistently across channel and direct sales conversations.
- Bridge Sales & Marketing Serve as the critical link to ensure the GTM engine is tightly aligned from top-of-funnel awareness to closed-won deals.
- Optimize Growth Metrics That Drive Business Fundamentals Work with CEO and Head of Sales to track the S&M efficiency levers behind rule of 40, magic number and sales velocity. Identify high-conversion S&M plays, optimize spend and move beyond surface-level reporting to metrics that move the business forward.
- Team & Agency Leadership Manage a lean internal team and external agencies, determining which capabilities to build in-house as we scale.
Ideal Candidate Profile & Experience
- AI-Native MindsetYou leverage LLMs and autonomous agents daily to create leverage. You are obsessed with using technology to do the work of a team ten times your size.
- Growth Operations Expertise5+ years leading marketing or growth operations at an early-stage or scale-up B2B SaaS company, ideally within the cybersecurity landscape.
- Channel FluencyA deep understanding of channel-first GTM models and experience building predictable pipeline through MSPs and Channel Partners.
- Systemic ThinkingYou are a “Workflow Architect” who thinks in automated systems and personalized campaigns that move prospects from “problem aware” to “customer”.
- Player-Coach MentalityYou are equally comfortable defining a high-level vision for the Board as you are getting into the weeds of campaign execution.
